Automate the Repetitive
The journey started with the biggest time drain: reporting and data management. Working with the AI tools available at the time, the platforms were connected one by one and the manual steps between them automated. This phase is where our automated reporting engine was born. And even here, the gains were not only hours: the portfolio dashboard created a visibility across every client account that had never existed before.

- Automated report generation with configurable templates.
- A portfolio monitoring dashboard showing all client accounts in one view.
- AI-generated report commentary that produced first-draft narratives per client.
Reporting time per week
Reporting used to eat whole days. Now the overnight campaign data is already pulled and analysed when I sit down, anything unusual is flagged, and a first draft of the recommendations is waiting. I review, apply what I know about the client, and make the calls. A report that took a full day takes about thirty minutes, and that time goes back into optimising.
